Winemaking:
The grapes of the best plots were selected and stalked. The fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at 25ºC for 8 days. Stage in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense wine, with great concentration of aromas of red fruit jams, with touches of spices and smoked, enriched by aging in French oak barrels. Very dense in the mouth, good structure and great persistence at the end of the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
