Winemaking - Night harvest in order to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature with subsequent pressing in pneumatic press.
Proof Notes - Rubi color, aromas of red fruits, with good definition and some balsamic notes with nuances of dark chocolate and tobacco leaf. In the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity, with well ripe and balanced tannins, ends with silky finish, elegant and with medium persistence.
