I confess that The Deluto was my favorite wine of the tasting, although there is a thread between the three references, which translates into serious wines, with a lot of claw and full of personality. Situated at the entrance of Évora, Alentejo, in the old area of Pera Manca, is the small farm of 5 hectares, Quinta da Confeiteira. Despite the name, the farm has a long tradition of wine production, in which there are still old seeds, where wine was made according to the methods left in the area by the Romans. Quinta da Confeiteira wines are irreverent with character and class.
