Bake the dough in plenty of salted water and with olive oil fousle for 6 minutes. Drain the dough and set aside 1 dl of cooking water. Remove the skin from the fish and cut the salmon into cubes, removing as many pimples as you can. Arrange broccoli in branches and bake for 7 minutes in salted water. Heat a frying pan with fino oil and place the fish there. Let it brown a little and add the mushrooms. Season with salt and mix the spices. Wrap the dough in fish, add cream and water to bake the dough. This way it becomes creamier and less dry. Finally add the broccoli, fix the seasonings and sprinkle with the grated cheese. You are ready to serve!
