Cabriz White Wine Reserva | White Wine from Dão Winemaking: The grapes for Cabriz White Wine Reserva were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 °C for a period of approximately 15 days. After 4 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to new, wood oak barrels, where it suffered a batonnage's process for 2 months and then 3 months in bottle. Grape Varieties: Encruzado. Tasting Notes: Cabriz Reserva presents a citric colour with a slightly greenish tone. It has intense aroma with notes of citrus fruits, lime tree, a slight touch of hazelnuts and tropical nuances. It's a very elegant white wine, harmonious and with a distinctly fresh finish. Store and Serve Advice: Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
